Terms Of Use

The materials provided by Willie George Ministries, Inc. (“WGM”) on this website are provided free of charge and in “as-is” condition, as a service to Christian churches and ministries dedicated to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. By making any use of the materials, you agree as follows:

  1. You are a non-profit religious ministry or church dedicated to preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.
  2. Neither WGM nor any of its directors, officers, employees, or representatives (collectively, its “agents”) shall be held liable for any harm to you or any third party resulting directly or indirectly from your use of the materials. You shall hold harmless and indemnify WGM and its agents from and against any liability for any such harm, even in the case of the negligence of WGM or its agents. You shall not sue WGM or its agents for any purpose or under any theory, under any circumstances.

  3. WGM grants to you a temporary, revocable license to use the materials as you see fit, provided that:

    a. You shall use the materials only for the purpose of spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. You shall not use the materials for any commercial purpose, whatsoever. You shall not sell the materials or charge for the use of the materials. You shall not charge an entrance fee at any event at which you use the materials.

    b. You may copy the materials and distribute the materials to your own supporters, congregants, church members, or individuals attending religious meetings which you conduct. You shall not distribute the materials to anyone else. Nor shall you attempt to transfer or sublicense ownership of the materials to anyone.

    c. You shall not attempt to register a copyright or trademark in any of the materials. All copyrights and trademarks in the materials belong to WGM, and no portion of this Limited License shall be interpreted to convey any copyrights to you or to limit WGM’s rights in the materials.

    d. You may revise or adapt the materials as you see fit, but each of the obligations contained in this Limited License applies to the revised or adapted version of the materials to the same degree as the obligations apply to the original materials.

  4. WGM may terminate this Limited License at any time at its discretion, at which time you will immediately discontinue use of the materials and any adaptations thereof. You, however, are not permitted to terminate this Limited License. Your only means of discontinuing your obligations under this Limited License is to discontinue all use of the materials, whether in original or revised form.
